Terms for conducting trades
All transactions made through Mintrix Exchange are final and non-refundable, with the following reasonable exceptions: (i.) If the transaction was not completed due to a technical error on our platform, we will refund the full amount of the transaction. (ii.) If the wrong cryptocurrency or gift card was delivered due to an error on our part, we will work with the customer to correct the mistake and provide the correct cryptocurrency or gift card as soon as possible. (iii.) If the customer's account was charged more than once for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate charge.
To be eligible for a refund under any of these exceptions, customers must submit a complaint within 24 hours of the transaction. We will do our best to resolve any issues within 48 hours of receiving the complaint. Please note that we do not issue refunds for transactions that were completed successfully, even if the customer later decides they no longer want the cryptocurrency or gift card they purchased.
By using the Mintrix Exchange platform, customers agree to these non-refundable terms and conditions.
